Order confirmation

Content and calculator ranges are guidance and an invitation to discuss an order, not an unconditional offer for any scope. Browsing, a request or an automatic saved notice does not make a booking or create a payment obligation. An order is confirmed after both parties agree the service, address, scope, date, price and other necessary terms through an agreed channel.

Price, payment and changes

The final amount is agreed before confirmation. Extra work and price changes require separate client agreement. No advance payment is required; payment arrangements after completion are agreed with the manager. Rescheduling and cancellation are agreed with the manager without a separate fee. Please notify changes early; statutory withdrawal rights remain.

Preparation and results

The client provides accurate information about materials, condition, defects, delicate items, pets and access. Water and power, if needed, are agreed beforehand. Pre-existing damage and wear are not caused by cleaning. Stain and odour removal depend on material and condition; restoration and sterilisation are not promised. Unsafe or unagreed work may be paused to agree a safe approach and revised scope. Ozone treatment is separate, without people or pets present, followed by ventilation and safe re-entry checks.

Concerns and liability

Please report concerns at inspection or promptly after discovery, with photos where possible, to help assess and remedy them. This does not shorten statutory periods or rights. Liability follows law and the agreed order; mandatory protections remain. Calling +380502662765 may resolve an issue but is not a mandatory condition of court access.

Data and use

Data processing is explained in the privacy notice. Browsing does not replace required consent. False requests, unlawful submission of others’ data and interference with the site are prohibited. Page updates do not change confirmed orders without agreement.
