Who is responsible

What we collect and why

Your name, phone, service, scenario, area, pets, contact preference, comment, language and consent time are used to respond, prepare a quote and arrange cleaning. Managers may add work notes and statuses. Do not submit identity documents, payment information or unnecessary health details.

Basis and recipients

We handle the request based on your consent in the form and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering a contract. Requests are stored on NIC.UA hosting. Their details may be sent through Telegram only to managers with approved access. Messages you send through Viber, Telegram or Instagram are also processed under the respective service’s rules.

Retention

Active and archived requests are kept while needed to handle the enquiry, perform agreed work or meet legal obligations; contact the controller about a specific request. Items in the trash can be restored for 30 days and are then automatically purged. Technical backups are kept for up to 31 days. Standard downloadable exports exclude the trash. Previously downloaded manager copies and Telegram messages require separate deletion.

Analytics is a separate choice

With permission, built-in analytics and Google Analytics process pages, sources, campaigns, device information and site interactions. Form names, phone numbers and comments are not sent to analytics. Built-in metrics are retained for up to 180 days. Google Analytics is also subject to Google’s rules; the administrator manages the GA4 property’s retention separately. Change your choice using Analytics settings at the bottom of the page.

Browser storage

Your language and analytics choices are remembered in your browser. When switching languages, form details may temporarily stay in the current tab’s storage so you do not lose them; the draft is removed after successful submission. A secure session cookie is used for manager sign-in. Hosting may keep technical logs for site operation and security.

Your rights

You may request information about processing and recipients, access, correction, justified deletion, object to processing or withdraw consent. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you to prevent disclosure. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or seek a court remedy.

External services

Google and messenger services may process data outside Ukraine. External links are subject to the relevant service’s rules. Request access is limited to authorized managers; passwords, invitations and backup files should not be shared with others.
